- Concept & Price: The price will depend on the complexity of the project and will be discussed with you. Once the price has been agreed I will ask for a 50% deposit to begin the work.

- Design Process: I will keep communicating with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the work and will make changes when requested.

- Finishing up: Once you are happy with the finished outcome I will take payment and send the final work either as a file (if digital) or post it out within 2-3 business days.
